Given the second EAA Talent Workshop is around the corner, this Young Scholars' Corner features an interview with Claudia Imperatore who was a successful participant of the first EAA Talent Workshop in 2015. The aim is to explain to PhDs who are in the job market right now or in the future how such a recruitment conference works and how best to prepare.
