Named after mathmetician Horatio Scott Carslaw, the Carslaw building at Sydney University is now home to the Carslaw Kitchen Cafe, which delivers mediteranean inspired cuisine from morning to night for university teachers, students and visitors.

Scope of works: A Class Engineering enjoyed working with Belmadar on new build for Carslaw kitchen, the contract also included additions to the PNR Building Cafe; Ergo Grill. From shop drawings to installation this project involved

  *New building for Carslaw Cafe
      *Awning at PNR Building
      *Deck at PNR Building

      *Security gates

Challenges of this project involved late stage design changes after installation had commenced, resulting in A Class Engineering working closely with the design and engineers to ensure the changes were structurally sound yet cost effective. This project also involved time constraints so as not to disrupt the live working enviroment of the University.
