Citizenship-by-Investment Updates

The St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit introduces Fast Track Processing

Since taking up his post as the new CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Les Khan has been working hard to implement reforms that will define the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program as innovative and an international leader once again.

An Accelerated Application Process was recently announced by the CBI Unit.  Eligible investors applying for St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship under the fast track processing option will see their citizenship approval granted within 45 days.

To learn more about this new fast track processing option send us an email to schedule a complimentary consultation or stop by our booth M6 for a "coffee and a conversation" at the International Real Estate & Investment Show, Abu Dhabi between the 27-29 October.

Saint Lucia to relaunch its Citizenship-by-Investment Program

The Government of Saint Lucia plans to restructure and relaunch its CBI Program.

The island's newly appointed Prime Minister Allan Chastanet said " we are currently reviewing the structure of the CIP.  We are hoping by November we will be able to relaunch".

At present there are 2 options to obtain Saint Lucia Citizenship, the first being a donation of US$200,000 and the second being a real estate investment at a minimum of US$300,000. The government bond option was recently suspended until further notice.

Saint Lucia became the fifth Eastern Caribbean nation to introduce Citizenship-by-Investment in January 2016 and shortly thereafter CSL became an authorized government agent for this program.

For more information on the Saint Lucia CBI Program visit our website or schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our expert advisers.
