CSL Citizenship-by-Investment Updates
St. Kitts & Nevis - Passport re-issuing
An initiative by the Federal government of St. Kitts & Nevis to further strengthen their policies and procedures was enacted on December 1, 2014 (taking effect December 10, 2014). The initiative involves adding "Place of Birth" on the bio data page and "Name Changes" on the observation page.
All active passports issued between January 2012, and July 2014, that are missing the above noted information, must be returned to an applicable passport office or to a Government authorized Service Provider such as Corporate Solutions Ltd (CSL) for immediate re-issuing of updated passports. The standard passport fee will be waived by the Federal Government (service fee and courier fees are applicable).
All such outstanding passports must be accompanied by a "Reissue of E-Passport" form and returned by no later than January 31, 2015. Failure to do so, will result in existing passports being de-activated. The expected turnaround time for reissue is five to ten business days from receipt of passport.

should you wish for CSL to act on your behalf in coordinating and expediting the re-issuance of your passport
in order to avoid any travel complications.
Visa free travel - Canada
Canada is making comprehensive changes to travel requirements for Canadian visitors. Persons with St. Kitts and Nevis passports are now required to obtain a temporary resident visa to travel to Canada. Also, effective April 2015, persons from all other countries that currently do not require visas to enter Canada, will be required to apply online for authorization to obtain an electronic travel authority to enter Canada. The visas to enter Canada are applicable for 10 years or until their passport expires, whichever is sooner. The electronic travel authorization will be valid for 5 years or until their passport expires, whichever is sooner.
Visas can be obtained by applying online and sending passports to the closest Canadian Visa Application Centre to be processed, stamped, and returned by return courier. Printed application forms can also be obtained and filled in, and sent with the passports to be processed, stamped, and returned.
As always, please feel free to contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation or for more information via email at email@example.com
