Let’s start the year with a KISS….

This time, we won’t need the mistletoe.
Instead, I’d like to explore the value of the KISS principle. Keep It Simple, Sam… or Sally… or anyone, for that matter, who is tired of needless complexity and complication. Today’s workloads don’t allow for much of an attention span; everyone is rushing to complete last week’s work this week. We’re all running late for the 9:00 am meeting… no time right now, no time ever, it seems.  This is where things get very dangerous. It’s also where we are going to help.
Keeping it simple is Capital Electric’s focus for 2016. More than ever, we will focus on taking the noise out of the decision, and present solutions in an easy-to-understand manner so you can make an intelligent decision. From the simple act of providing accurate, complete quotations, to removing “policies” that complicate your ability to do your job, we’re focused on keeping it simple for Sam, Sally, and all of our valued customers.
At the heart of what we do are our Core Values. They guide our operations and our interactions so we can give you the best possible service. You can count on Capital Electric’s team to be:

  • Knowledgeable
  • Hard Working
  • Eager to Please
  • Honest, Forthright, and Professional
  • Committed to Long-Term Relationships

It may not be how every company does business, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s just that simple: We are here to help you succeed.
At your service,

Interruptions or outages with your power supply can cause serious issues for employees and operations. Safeguard people, computers, data centers, and telecommunications equipment with a high-quality UPS from Tripp Lite – a recognized innovator for power protection.
Once available only for large installations, advances in technology now allow applications of all sizes to benefit from an online UPS system that, in essence, creates a firewall between the power supply and the equipment. At Capital’s next Lunch and Learn, representatives from Tripp Lite will demonstrate the advantages of their SmartOnline products, including:
• True Online UPS with battery independence
• The SRCool Series featuring the new rack-mounted, self-contained 7000btu air conditioner
• A charging station for up to 16 tablets
here for an overview of how this system can save you 10% on your utility bill.

Another change you’ll notice this year is how we approach the topics for the Capital Idea section of our newsletter. Industry tips are great, but life trumps work… and I think we can all agree that sometimes, even the smallest ideas have the biggest impact.

Prime example: If your life extends to any online activities, you need a password – that “simple” code designed to keep your information safe and secure. When creating your next passcode, use an accented letter (i.e. ñ); no one will ever be able to guess it.
