Invite your family and friends to join us for our Easter service on Sunday, March 27 at the Auburn Hotel at 10 AM. After the service, we will all go over to the AU amphitheater for a picnic, followed by games for all ages, young and old! BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH for this event.
At the picnic, we will bid farewell to Amanda Powell, who is moving to Dallas. Amanda has headed up our HOPE worldwide chapter, and has been an integral part of the Montgomery ministry. She is a dearly loved and appreciated part of our ATCC family. There will be a picture frame for everyone to sign for Amanda and we will share about her at the picnic.
Montgomery Service Rocks!
God totally blessed our first ever Montgomery service with an attendance of 70. Julio Delgado and Ernest Lawson did the welcome and the communion, respectively, and both shared how this service was a long time dream come true. Tre Wright preached a convicting insightful lesson on the road to Jerusalem. Gino Romano led the closing prayer.
The service was followed by a fellowship feast that everyone enjoyed immensely.
Prayer Night in Montgomery: Friday, March 26. Time and place TBA
Good News/Prayer Needs
Shout out to God for answering our prayers! Two sisters found great jobs. Alisha Snuggs will be working at the Auburn Hotel, and Misha Aldridge will be a paraprofessional teacher at an elementary school in Columbus. Both start next week. Becky McGinnis is also happy to have a new temp job at Initial Outfitters that is giving her more hours.
Be sure to keep praying for one another! List your prayer needs at our online web site, and let us know your answered prayer for the next newsletter.
On the list of prayer needs, pray for Jackie Brown, who is recovering from surgery. Pray also for Mike Gross's mom and Marge Gross's mom, both of whom fell and hurt themselves last week.
Here is our first food pantry survival kit! It still needs some toiletries, but we are happy to have this available for members who may need some extra help. For those who are donating, please bring remaining items this Sunday.
Several members of the ATCC got together Saturday and met some yard work needs in the community. It is amazing to see how much work was accomplished! Check out the before and after shots.
