How can the school year be coming to a close? It has been an amazing time!
We are so thankful that Graham Baskin has been here building up the campus ministry. It's exciting that we had seven campus baptisms. But what's just as great is how vibrant and encouraging that campus group has been this year. We have loved every minute of our fellowship with them.
So we have to have a joyful celebration. And we have to have a sad goodbye. This coming Sunday, we will have an outdoor gathering at the AU North Pavilion. Besides worship, our agenda will include:
Celebrating the graduation of eight of our campus members.
Taking up our Generosity Sunday contribution.
Saying goodbye to Graham Baskin.
Having a cookout!
We look forward to this day of togetherness in commemoration of all that the Lord has done. Please arrive early to help set up.
Graduating seniors Courtland Brown, Devantia Jordan, Nathan Martin, Gabrielle Taylor, Llyra Means, Maurissa Lemons, Brielle Bryant-Erales and Taylor Wilson.
IMPORTANT!!! GENEROSITY SUNDAY is this Sunday, April 29th
Traditionally, on Generosity Sunday, members combine the amount they give for weekly giving with the extra amount they are giving.
Some members do choose to continue giving their usual amount, and give their Generosity Sunday amount separately.
If you need to make up your contribution from last week, or would like to continue your regular giving for this week, please use the envelope that will be provided. All other funds collected in the plate on Sunday will go towards Generosity Sunday.
If you give Square Cash, please note if it is not for Generosity Sunday.
For years, we prayed to have someone to help with our campus ministries at AU and TU. We are profoundly grateful that this past year we were able to have Graham Baskin come and serve in this way. Graham has not only filled the need, he has been an outstanding campus minister. He's served long hours on both campuses. He's built up our student members. He's preached on Sundays, and organized events, and helped in countless other ways. Even though he is leaving, he will always be a part of the ATCC family. He will be missed!
