Warm Winter Wishes
There are scarves available in the Commons. We encourage you to take these with you to share with those in need this season. Tie them to a tree, a pole, a post, or just hand them off to someone who may need a bit of warmth. God’s work, our hands.

Peggy’s Ponderings

One thing I love about coming here is that it is a family. When one is missing, they are very much missed. Through the years including myself is the excuses people giving for not attending church. My worst habit was saying I didn’t feel good.  But it was really I just wanted to sleep in. I got to thinking, WHAT IF, one Sunday we were waiting for the Pastor to walk down the aisle and greet everyone like he always does. Suddenly, we realize he is not here. We call him asking what are you doing at home? The Pastor says, “I have ad a bad week, so I decided to sleep in.” WHAT IF we call on God for a problem and God says, “Sorry, I don’t have time for you today. I am too busy answering other prayers.” We know, of course, this would never happen. But, for sure, unless I am sick I will be at church on Sunday morning to worship with my brothers and sisters in Christ.
