The summer break is a perfect time to make plans. The office is less busy, holidays give your brain a rest and you can take time away from from the day to day to think. People often wait until the New Year to make their plans, but this is probably the worst time to do it because you are not in the right frame of mind then - too much partying and overindulging. Choose a life context to work with and set well formed goals
It is best to focus on goals within a life context, you can see them  above.
