Holiday greetings from Expanite.
December is for many of us a time to reflect over the past year – and a time to look forward to the comming year. For Expanite, 2016 has been a year characterized by significant development with several areas combined with strong growth, and I would like to highlight a few:
- By establishing the new service center nearby Stuttgart Germany, we moved Expanite processes closer to an important part of our current and future customers. It’s our third service center besides the ones in the US and Denmark, but we are actually already discussing the fourth center; stay tuned for more during 2017
- We build new centers because more and more customers are converting from alternative suppliers to Expanite´s solutions. Our promise to the market on fast leadtime, superior product performance and competitive pricing is an attractive combination
- More business requires more people, and we have welcomed new colleagues within marketing, engineering, production and management. Our team is more than ever ready to provide first class customer service from all positions
- Last but not least, during 2016 Expanite launched our solution for interstitial hardening of titanium – the first of its kind to be commercially available and pointing towards a whole new portfolio of solutions from Expanite
From where we are now, 2017 looks to be as exciting as 2016 turned out - we for sure look forward to develop our service concept and be even better in supporting our customers becoming more competitive.
No matter how our business and markets will develop in the future, Expanite will always stay true to our customer promise: To be a trusted supplier offering the best solutions for surface hardening of stainless steel and titanium to customers worldwide.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers, suppliers and partners for a great year: All of us at Expanite wish you a wonderful holiday season and continued success in your business. We look forward to working with you in 2017.
