Sea Beans
So many delicious things to make this week! I'm thinking Japanese curry with the potatoes, carrots, apples, and onions. Spinach salad with blue berries and nectarines. Sautéed oyster mushrooms with green onions. Yum!

However, I'm going to highlight sea beans being that they are likely new to your kitchen. Sea beans are little succulents harvested from salt marshes that add a salty crunch to your meals. People put them in salads, eat them with steamed salmon, or put them in poke (yum!). We hope you enjoy this little briny treat!
