Feature of the Week
Incredibly earthy and slightly sweet, it seems like people either love or hate beets. I'm going to link to a couple of recipes to hopefully help put you the love-them camp.

One is for one of my favorite dishes from Portland's own Bollywood Theater, which gives them a wonderful Indian twist. You can find curry leaves at Asian markets, and store what you don't use in your freezer.

The other recipe is a from one of my favorite cooks online, J. Kenji Lopez-Alt. He always has great insights, and publishes a lot of delicious recipes online.
