Recipe of the Week

Roasted Celeriac


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 celeriac (celery root)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper
 
INSTRUCTION
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C
2. Peel the celeriac (it may be easier to use a knife than a vegetable peeler), then chop into chunks.
3. Add the celeriac to a bowl with the remaining ingredients and toss well to coat.

4. Spread into a single layer on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden on the outside and soft and cooked inside.
