The Cognitive Functional Evaluation (CFE) is designed to evaluate individuals with suspected cognitive disabilities following a head injury or with any cognitive difficulties. We will be assessing cognitive strengths and weaknesses in occupational performance and address a client’s return-to-work abilities and goals.

This assessment provides information regarding the client’s cognitive strengths and weaknesses in performing occupational tasks.
