Entrepreneurship 4 Good Cohort 2 Complete

We are excited to introduce you to our Spring 2021 E4G Impact Leadership Cohort. They have spent the past 10 weeks digging into the best practices for an effective social venture business plan.
Each week, a new aspect of venture development was introduced. The sessions included mini-lectures, group discussions and practice applying the concepts to each individual venture.

Meet the Cohort

  • Tiffany Grant, TSG Advocacy & Consulting
    • Coaching & Consulting services for childcare providers including compliance support to meet licensing requirements. A component of the venture will include a software solution that is currently in development stage.
  • Gloria Howard, The Root Path Way
    • Making coaching & consulting services accessible to communities of color and immigrant communities with a focus on preparing the next generation to believe, plan and execute their goals and dreams.
  • Novelli Jardo, Novart Media
    • From initial concept to final online distribution, Novart media is a creARTive agency that specializes in generating inspiring digital content to benefit nonprofit organizations and families in Minnesota.
  • Emily Krumberger, Listen Up Youth Radio
    • A social enterprise working at the intersection of youth employment, civic engagement and media storytelling providing programming for Twin Cities young people ages 14-24.
  • Fatima Muhammad, BeYOUtiful Brown Girl
    • A social business dedicated to supporting Black and Brown girls to embrace the skin they're in and celebrate what makes them uniquely beautiful by offering quality retail products and services that reflect cultural representation, reinforces positive affirmations, promotes self confidence and build a positive sense of self.
  • Silvia Ontaneda, Trade Center of Americas
    • The Trade Center of the Americas (TCA) is a minority-owned, public-benefit corporation, building an international trade community based on transparency. We are a platform for business and investment opportunities for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
  • Brittany Spears, Unnamed
    • A software program that assists students with disabilities. Like an in-person Special Education Assistant, this software is designed as a learning engagement platform highly equipped with resources that will increase students' academic achievement, facilitate their engagement, increase their self-confidence and ultimately improve their sense of belonging while cultivating autonomy.

Bridgemakers is a holistic civic social and financial capacity building platform which amplifies the stories and mentors the leadership of black, brown and otherwise marginalized youth. We build bridges between young artists, activists and entrepreneurs with experienced leaders to engage intergenerational collaboration in breaking cycles of miseducation, poverty, violence and addiction. Together, we’re reimagining and revitalizing marginalized communities to flourish with passion purpose positive relationships and power.
