LET'S BE CAREFUL WITH EACH OTHER SO WE CAN BE DANGEROUS TOGETHER
Team: We are pumped for the conversation that will kick off the 5th annual edit-a-thon a MoMA. Entitled, "Careful with Each Other, Dangerous Together," the panelists will explore the relationship between structures of inequality and structures of the Internet, the affective labor of Internet activism, and creating inclusive online communities. Caroline Sinders, design researcher and artist, will moderate the discussion between Salome Asega, artist and researcher; Sydette Harry, Editor, Mozilla Foundation and Editor-at-Large for Coral Project; and Sarah Jaffe, Reporting Fellow at the Nation Institute and author of Necessary Trouble: Americans in Revolt. Do! Not! Miss! It's free as always but please RSVP.
Create a Wikipedia account before you head to an edit-a-thon. Pregame with one of our training videos!
OFFICE HOURS: CRUNCH TIME | Join co-founder and co-lead organizer Michael Mandiberg to learn the basics and best practices of editing Wikipedia. Come with questions about putting the final touches on your event, using the Dashboard to track edits, and more!  RSVP required.
