Arts Grants Announced

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council is delighted to announce that it has awarded 19 Arts Grants through the 2016 grants scheme. These grants will encourage and enable the creation of new projects, events or educational opportunities such as exhibitions, performances and school workshops; all of which will be showcased or celebrated in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown. The grants will also support artists’ career development.

Additionally, 4 grants were awarded under Arts Access Grants. These grants support areas of greatest need where a gap has been identified in the provision of artistic expression within communities, for example our local youth projects and active retirement groups. Arts Access Grants are supported by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.
