Mia Gallagher - New Novel

mia gallagher book cover
Beautiful Pictures of the Lost Homeland

Congratulations to Mia Gallagher on the publication of her second novel Beautiful Pictures of the Lost Homeland. Mia did a huge amount of work on the novel while working as our dlr/IADT writer in residence during 2009/10.
‘A pitch-perfect rendering of Dublin today and yesterday, a devastating portrait of a family in grief, and a haunting account of the past's pull on the present. As thrilling and inventive, as it is moving and profound.  A major achievement.’ - Paul Murray

Beautiful Pictures of the Lost Homeland is now available from bookshops and your local dlr library.
