Join arts facilitator Bairbre-Ann Harkin for free lunchtime tours and talk about the artworks in over & over + over and over, the exhibition of new work by Susan Connolly. Bairbre-Ann will talk about the artworks and explore some of the themes featured in the exhibition.

Early Years Commission

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Arts Office, in partnership with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Childcare Committee, invites proposals from performing arts practitioners for the development of new artistic and interactive experiences for pre-school children. 

Closing date: Tuesday 17 November 2015 at 12 noon

Storyteller in Residence

dlr Arts Office invites applications for a storyteller in residence for December 2015 to November 2016.

It is a part-time residency which will allow time for the storytellers own work. In addition the residency will offer engagement and interaction with local communities in the creation of a new story/stories for the west of the County and a cultural exchange to Turkey.

Closing Date: 19 November at 12 noon

Musicians in Residence Announced

dlr Arts Office is delighted to announce the musicians in residence for 2015-16. Each residency will offer the musicians rehearsal time in the dlr LexIcon studio and will allow the public opportunities to attend performances of the new music that has been composed.
 
The musicians in residence are:
Matthew Jacobson (Jazz drummer, composer and bandleader);
Elizabeth Hilliard (classical soprano) and Grainne Mulvey (composer);
Eidola Trio: Malachy Robinson (viola de gamba), Eamonn Sweeney (baroque guitar and lute) Anita Vedres (baroque violin) and Sebastian Adams (composer, concert producer, viola player and computer musician).

dlr Arts Office is delighted to invite applications for Arts Grants for activity taking place throughout 2016. Funding is available for events and projects, participation and learning, professional development, arts practice support and arts access.
