|Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich
This recipe from Carl's Cutting Board is a delicious twist on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Two slices of bread (We use our own Pullman Loaf)
Mayo (Preferable homemade)
Mustard (We make our own)
Cheese, shredded (We use Beecher’s Flagship and Swedish Farm cheese)
Ham (We use our own)
Jam (We use Peach Habanero from Larsson's Delectable Delights)
Pickles (We use Dill pickles from Seattle Pickle Company)
Heat skillet/griddle over medium high heat.
Melt some butter in the skillet.
Put two slices of ham in the skillet and top them with shredded cheese.
Put two bread slices in the skillet. Cook until browned to your liking. (Optional: make decorative design with mayo) Flip bread.
Put cheese, mustard and ham/cheese from skillet on one slice.
Put pickles and ham on the other slice.
Put slices together.
Grill until ready, flip and/or top with a lid if needed to make sure cheese melts.
