MMAMTA Newsletter

Mid-November 2014

Greetings MMAMTA Members! November has been such a busy month that it deserves a second newsletter.

Congratulations to MMTA/MTNA contestants!

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the competitions and especially to the MMAMTA teachers who had students place! It was wonderful to see so many great performers and to see all the hard work pay off. The results for pre-collegiate are posted here and the results for collegiate are here.

A huge THANK YOU to all of you who helped with room monitoring. It was certainly a team effort. Janice Wenger did a tremendous job as the site-coordinator. Also thank you to Melissa Loehnig for organizing the pre-collegiate auditions (a massive undertaking) and Chris Vitt for organizing the pre-collegiate piano room monitors.
