1.  MCH LPHA Planning and Partnership Call

The MCH LPHA Planning and Partnership Call last week focused on Logic Models and Action Plans. Here are the links to access the recording and slides. Next month’s call will focus on priority communications materials and the strategic anchors.
  • At the call on Thursday, we agreed that LPHAs will highlight outcomes in the logic model that link to the action plan objectives. Jodi and Phuonglan can assist as needed.
  • LPHAs brought up that we need to determine how CYSHCN activities will be highlighted. We have added two checkboxes to the agency specific action plan templates to make CYSHCN work easy to identify at a glance. Thanks to Angie for this suggestion. In addition, we have deleted the tabs for the priorities not selected in each of the agency specific APs. Click here for an example.

2. Sunset and Readiness Tools

Thank you to everyone who helped support the completion of the sunset and readiness tools.  All tools have been approved.

3. LPHA priority selections

LPHA priority selections are indicated on this matrix. This will be added to the Priority Implementation page of the MCH Program Support webpage and is also found at the top of the AP, Logic Model and Readiness Tool Quick Links document.
