Convention Resources

Watching the conventions? We have the polling data you need to understand public opinion about anything that might happen. Find out at how Americans have felt over the years about primaries, the nomination process, delegates and superdelegates, open conventions and more in Conventional Wisdom: Delegates, Conventions, and Nominations. Take a look back at how the country responded to the violence at the 1968 Democratic Convention with The Whole World Was Watching: Public Opinion in 1968. And discover more data, including the newest questions about conventions, in iPOLL.

Want more polling about the election? You can keep up on new polls and view essential data from earlier elections, including demographic breakdowns from the exit polls, on our U.S. elections page.
