New Exit Polls Published
Explore the newly acquired 2014 NEP Election Day Exit Polls & 2016 NEP State Primary Exit Polls, available now at the Roper Center. The 2014 election day collection features the 2014 national dataset as well as 27 state-level datasets. The 2016 state primary collection includes data from 55 primaries.
Mitofsky Award Announced
The Roper Center Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mollyann Brodie, Senior Vice President for Executive Operations and Executive Director, Public Opinion and Survey Research, at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), is the recipient of the 2018 Warren J. Mitofsky Award for Excellence in Public Opinion Research.  (See the full award announcement here.)

The 2018 award will be presented November 15 at the Line Hotel in Washington, D.C. Please RSVP to attend here and plan to enjoy live musical entertainment, terrific networking and a delicious meal in a business attire atmosphere.

The Gallup 1958 Old Age Survey
 has undergone enhanced data curation and is now available in easy-to-use SPSS, Stata and .csv dataset file formats.
This survey, available from the Roper Center, is unique not only in its sample population but in the depth and breadth of the topics covered, resulting in a dataset with over 1,400 variables.

Kyley McGeeney is the latest addition to the Roper Center Board of Directors. Kyley is Senior Director of Survey Methods at PSB, a research insights agency headquartered in Washington, D.C., where she conducts research for the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Campaign and serves as a company-wide methodology consultant. Learn more about Kyley here.

The National WWII Museum and the Roper Center have embarked on a new project to publicize what Americans believed and how they felt about events and people during the War.

Summer Staff Picnic

 
Just last Friday the Roper Center staff got together at the end of the work week to celebrate summer in the Finger Lakes Region of New York with a bit of Bar-B-Que. Our Executive Director Peter Enns took charge of the grill.
