This Week... Print of the Year
Judge: Amanda Wright
Join us as Amanda Wright from Ealing & Hampshire House PS joins us to present her comments and scores on our prints of the year.

Thursday 4th June from 7.45pm on Zoom
For security reasons we will no longer be publishing the Zoom links in this newsletter. Members can find the link in the members only section of our website which is password protected.

At this time of year Field End Photographic Society would be holding its annual print exhibition at the Cow Byre in Ruislip, where each member is invited to exhibit up to four prints of their own choosing. The exhibition would be open to the general public for a period of two weeks, where we would expect hundreds of visitors to attend over that time, and each visitor would be invited to vote for their two favourite images, with the winner receiving an award.

Given the current situation, we have obviously had to cancel this year’s exhibition being held physically, so have decided to host the exhibition online at the following website http://www.exhibition2020.fieldendps.co.uk/

Your members are therefore invited to visit our online 2020 exhibition and vote for their two favourite images via the survey link on the final page of the exhibition.

Thank you for sharing this with your members and let’s hope we return to normal as soon as it is safe.

 In the meantime, stay safe.

From the Chair...

This week was our PDI of the year competition. Images that had scored 19 or 20 in competitions during this season. A great opportunity to view the very high standard produced by our members during the year.

Judge Dave Hipperson had the task to score and choose the winning Images. Unfortunately he could not attend the Zoom meeting on the night, but had requested the entries a few days before, so he could judge and score and produce critique comments to send along.

On the night Cat projected the Images and read the judges comments with scores.

Thank you to all members that had produced such excellent Images during the season and Congratulations to the ultimate winners of the competition.
It was an enjoyable evening concluding with the winners and commended authors giving Information about their Images asked by other members.

You can enjoy viewing the winning Images on our gallery on the website.
