The 8th National BPD Conference will be held on the 11th of September 2018 in Brisbane with a PreConference Workshop on the September 10th. This is the first time the conference has been held in Brisbane and is already creating great interest so please save this date! (See Conferences section below)

Stage 1 of the 'National BPD Training and Professional Development Strategy' is progressing well with Webinars 1 and 2 attracting record levels of participation from clinicians. The 3rd webinar goes live on 19th April and will focus on ‘Evidence based treatments for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)’, (see Clinicians section below). We are delighted that the National Mental Health Commission has confirmed funding for Stage 2 which will enable the development of e-learning modules. The Foundation is partnering with Project Air and Spectrum to create these modules.

Keep an eye out for our Autumn newsletter 'The BPD Advocate' which will be in your inboxes soon!

Best wishes,
Julien McDonald
President
