For the first hour, you are welcome to join the perspective students for a mini case discussion with Professor Greg Fairchild. Following the case, everyone will enjoy a networking reception where you can share your Darden experiences with the students.

I also hear that we had a great showing for Darden professors; Michael Lenox, Jeanne Liedtka, Andy Wicks and Morela Hernandez at the Chicago Club.  Thanks again to D'67 Randy Lyon for hosting.

Congratulations to D'92 Joan Phillips
A special Mover & Shaker congratulations to D'92 Joan Phillips.  In August, Joan moved from Loyola of Chicago's Quinlan School of Business to became the Dean of Barry University's Andreas School of Business (Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL).  Dean Phillips joins the growing list of Darden alumni and professors rising to lead the nation's next generation of business leaders.  Great work and we'll miss your support for Darden Chicago!
Welcome D'10 Kari Brindle
D'10 Kari Brindle recently moved to Chicago as a Strategy and Business Operations leader with Google.  Previously, Kari spent five years with Google in San Francisco after joining the firm from Accenture.
Volunteer with Compass: MBAs work on discrete projects to aid local non-profits
Compass Pro Bono matches top MBAs with local non-profits for an array of consulting projects that capitalize on the experience of volunteers from the for-profit sector. Teams of 10 spend a few hours a week from October-May working on consulting projects to strengthen our local community. This is an amazing way to build your professional network while expanding your knowledge of the nonprofit sector.
