2015 Turtle Ball

Turtle Ball

The TC is thrilled to hold its third annual Turtle Ball in New York City on September 28, 2015, honoring Robert Kennedy Jr. for his conservation work and hosted by Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Susan Rockefeller, Rick Ridgeway, and Eric Goode. Masters of Ceremonies will be Fisher Stevens and Griffin Dunne. This benefit dinner and art auction will bring together artists, celebrities, conservationists, scientists, and the media to raise funds and spread awareness about the plight of turtles, which are one of the most endangered animals on the planet. The auction will include a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to choose the scientific name for a newly described species of tortoise.

The James Liu went undercover there to get to the bottom of this global crisis and to capture it all on film.
