Very Quick Sweet Potato Bisque
Ingredients:
14-oz. can pureed sweet potatoes
14 oz. water, broth, or nondairy milk
½ tsp. curry powder
Directions: Blend 'til smooth. Add, to taste: jarred salsa, diced tomatoes, and other frozen or fresh vegetables. Heat & eat!
