September 28 Meeting Topics
New Food Items: Do you have a product, fresh or packaged, to share? Ex: I'm bringing packaged riced cauliflower and corn/quinoa pasta.
Spiralizer Demonstration: I will bring a spiraliizer + zucchini from my garden. You bring any recipes or experiences you have had using a spiralizer.
Salad Dressings: Bring a favorite recipe. I will demonstrate my balsamic vinaigrette recipe. Also, Forks Over Knives now is selling their brand.
