Our September picnic was delightful! We ate a luscious variety of foods, enjoyed the warm day and each others' company, and had much fun playing BINGO and winning prizes! Several recipes follow:
Brittany Jaroudi's Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls were heavenly!! Here's her recipe.
Lulu Herold's Easy Plant Based Pad Thai was a crowd favorite! Here's her recipe.
Sally's pasta salad with veggies & chickpeas in a maple vinaigrette dressing: 3 T. balsamic vinegar + 2 T. Dijon mustard + 1 T. maple syrup.
Seeking Volunteer Mentors
Are you an experienced WFPB eater willing to provide support for 5-6 participants in the Community Rx program?

2) Attend Zoom events (if your schedule allows):
   > Sat., Oct. 16, 4:00-4:45 pm. Kick-off to meet physicians, mentors
, & participants.
