Chickpea 'MeatBalls' by Brittany Jaroudi
* 1 15oz can no-salt-added chickpeas, drained 
* 1/4 c. stone-ground corn flour 
* 2 T. raw sunflower seeds 
* 1 T. Italian seasoning 
* 1 tsp. miso paste 
* 2 tsp. water
Directions: Add all ingredients in a food processor. Form small balls. Bake 350 F. for 20 minutes; increase to 400 F. for 10 more minutes.
