While on the subject of the Trigg Uniform Shop. A heartfelt thanks to Vicki Motteram. Today was Vicki’s last day volunteering in the club shop. Vicki’s contribution as a volunteer at Trigg goes back to the early 1990s filling roles that included club administrator, director and in the last few years in the club shop. The key to our clubs success is because of people like Vicki, volunteering they truly make a difference. From all of us at Trigg a million thank you’s Vicki!

Alkimos Development Carnival Wrap Up

Our U10’s and U11’s attended a development Carnival on Sunday at Alkimos.  We’d like to say a huge thanks to Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club & Surf Life Saving WA for a terrific morning hosting the Nipper development carnival.
This carnival was to give the kids and idea of what goes on at a Carnival, but without official placings. The 60 kids that attended had great fun and we wrapped up the day with two Cameron relays, BUT we mixed up all the clubs, a great finish to a fun day.
As this was a development Carnival Trigg provided loads of water safety, helped the officials run the carnival and we were coaching all of the kids from all of the other clubs.
Someone even let Lara Taylor loose with a starters gun.
Onwards to the 1st Nipper Carnival at Coogee in 2 weeks time on 2nd December 2018, go team Trigg!
