Apply: Short Term Fellowships in Religious History and Religious Studies (2016-17: Florence)
The Sangalli Institute for the religious history and cultures in Florence (Italy), in collaboration with the City of Florence, the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Center and the Ente Cassa di risparmio di Firenze, is very proud to announce to the scientific community the launch of the program "Florence Short Term Fellowships in Religious History and Religious Studies".
With these short term residential fellowships, our aim is to attract international scholars of every nationality based in universities and research centers outside of Italy, or who have an equivalent record of international scholarship.
The purpose of the program is to promote exemplary interdisciplinary research in Religious History and Religious Studies (Interreligious dialogue, Theology, Philosophy, Literature, Arts, Music, Political Sciences, Sociology etc.).
Fellowships are tenable for one or more months (up to 2 months) from July 1, 2016 to July 30, 2017.
Expiration date of the call for fellowships: May 30, 2016.
