Attend: Reflections on the Medieval Mediterranean NEH Summer Institutes (12 May: Kalamazoo)
The Committee on Centers and Regional Associations (CARA) of the Medieval Academy of America is sponsoring , “Reflections on the Medieval Mediterranean NEH Summer Institutes,” at this years International Congress on Medieval Studies held at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo MI. This panel discussion held on Thursday, 12 May, at 3:30 (Session 125, Schneider 1280) will reflect on the four National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Institutes for College and University Professors, held in Barcelona, organized under the aegis of the Medieval Seminar, and co-directed by Brian A. Catlos and Sharon Kinoshita, between 2008 and 2015.
The panel organizer is Michael A. Ryan, Univ. of New Mexico, and Abigail Krasner Balbale, Univ. of Massachusetts–Boston, will preside.
