The Three Most Interesting History Stories I've Found:

Archaeologists in England are all a-twitter over an Iron Age warrior's tomb found in West Sussex. Discovered 11 years ago, it's just now being presented to the public. The man was buried with an elaborate headdress (pictured), and he may have fought Julius Caesar and his Legions. "Absolutely fabulous," one professor described the warrior. I'm thrilled because this find is dated to the time of my novel Death Speaker,.

Are you over the moon with Apollo 11 trivia stories? Tired of hearing how Playtex created the space suits, or about the envelopes astronauts signed that could be sold for cash by their families? If not, here are a couple more collections of moon-landing stories and trivia: NASA's podcasts (and transcriptions) from their own employees and files, and the always eclectic Messy Nessy's ephemera--including a tale about how Jeff Bezos goes diving for Apollo rockets.

Everything Tiki from an expert named Sven Kirsten who's written five books on the topic--including Tiki Pop, published in conjunction with a museum exhibit in Paris. Paris, France.
What does the Tiki fad say about mid-century America? Sure, it was an escapist fantasy, but what else? Was there a real Don the Beachcomber? All your questions answered!
