Creativity and Mindfulness Corner
Art making is healing. Drawing, painting, working with clay, dancing, singing, playing an instrument and many more creative practices can be like medicine for your weary self. These are very trying times we are living through. Remember the arts and seek them out to remember joy and connection! Think about what can you do to take up a creative practice or be an audience member for those who are performing. There are many online musical & theatrical performances and some museums are open for socially-distanced viewing of art. Make time for an "arts date" on your calendar!
