Dear INDI friends,

The heat is up – summer is in full swing and what better place to enjoy a nice cool gelato than in Italy! To be more precise, Giffoni!
NELLY’S ADVENTURE was a huge hit this July at Giffoni’s annual Film Festival for Children and Young Adults.  One of the biggest children’s film festivals in the world!  Producer Arek Gielnik, Director Dominik Wessely, composer Franziska Henke, male leading actor Kai Lentrodt and the lovely young up and coming actress Flora Li Thiemann were among the VIP guests to attend and return with the trophy for BEST MOVIE in the 10+ category.

We were ecstatic and thankful not just to the wonderful young jury who voted for us but to our partners and co-producers who have been supporting us all the way. Thanks to Bastei Media, Rommel Film, SWR, SR, MFG, MDM, DFFF, FFA, BKM, Roma Trial, Libra, Farbfilm Verleih and Beta Cinema!

The cinema premiere for Nelly’s Adventure is September 3rd in Stuttgart. Thereafter from September 8th it will be screened in cinemas throughout the country!  Don’t miss out -– be part of our adventure!
PASSION FOR PLANET hasn’t stopped making its way around the world. Director and Co-Producer Werner Schüssler received „best newcomer“ award at the NaturVision Filmfestival in Ludwigsburg this summer. PASSION is now making its way to Estonia and Finland. Fingers crossed for more awards to come and a continued passionate audience throughout the world. DVD Release is August 26th!
A work in progress – AN UNCERTAIN BORDER continues to enthrall us. The German-Italian Co-Production with Gaundri s.r.l. Rome is a mysterious road trip thriller being shot in south Tyrol, the Black Forest and Romania. It will both surprise and captivate its audience with a thrilling story written by Isabella Sandri and Guiseppe Gaundino. Both have entered competitions in Venice several times, the last time being very successful with the film PER AMPRE VOSTRO, which won 2015 „best acting“ in favor of Valeria Golino. Thanks in advance to all of our partners, which include MFG, MIBAC and save the children.
CALIFORNIA CITY Fans: we apologize for keeping you waiting. Due to some minor technical issues DVD release has been postponed until approx. August 22nd. But we can assure you the high DVD quality will compensate!
