Thank you for your ongoing support of the Birmingham Civic Society. Our annual subscription renewals for 2020-2021 are now due and I am writing to invite you to continue supporting us by renewing your membership.
While the last few months have seen our activities restricted, I hope that you have been able to engage with our initiatives and content that we are determined to continue as we manage our new way of working. The trustees, committees, members and the support team continue to work incredibly hard to ensure that the heritage of our city is understood and celebrated, and that we are also building a clearer, greater and stronger Society – with a lot of thanks going to Zoom!
The Society and the positive influence it has on our city would not be possible without you, our members, and your ongoing support.
The subscription for membership remains at £35 (individual) / £50 (joint) / £15 (young persons).
With your continued support, we will ensure that we can deliver on the Society’s objectives in the coming years.
We've got a new look membership page, clearly outlining what your membership contributes to and details on how to pay. If you have paid by standing order, we will be very grateful if you could check your bank statements to confirm that the amount paid matches the current subscription rates.
Though we are currently living in a period of change for many of our citizens, we are seeing the true resilience of our people, and the positive that can come out of difficult times. We are proud to be a part of this city, and its reaction to working in the ‘new normal’.
As a membership organisation, we exist because of, and for, you. Your thoughts matter to us so please also take a few minutes to provide us with some feedback and complete this survey.
Birmingham has much to look forward to, and we will continue to work hard in making Birmingham a better place for everyone. Even if that does look slightly different right now.
On behalf of the Trustees of the Society, we look forward to working with you to achieve this.
