Changes to Federal Fair Labor Standards Act
As you likely are aware, the U.S. Department of Labor has announced changes to regulations for paying overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act, effective Dec. 1. We have been anticipating this announcement since the proposed regulations were issued in 2015.
Because of the complexity and level of detail of the information published today, we are working to interpret what the changes will mean to UT employees.
