A representative from our survey partner, ModernThink, will provide an overview of System Administration results, and there will be time to talk through any questions you may have.
The most important part of this ongoing process is applying the results. I’m pleased to say that a team already has been put together within the System Administration to analyze feedback and make recommendations for specific outcomes based on the new data. Missy Jenkins from the Office of Academic Affairs and Student Success has agreed to chair our unit’s task force, and I encourage you to reach out to her and this group with ideas you would like considered.
Another group that will use feedback from the survey is our statewide Compensation Advisory Board, which is responsible for recommending the recent increase in our minimum starting pay rate to $9.50 an hour and compensation training that all supervisors were required to attend. The board is interested in your thoughts about additional recommendations that would make an impact.
