NV Energy Presents Envirolution with a $7,000 Check at O'Brien STEM Academy

On January 22, at a special assembly at O'Brien STEM Academy, over 300 students watched as Envirolution was presented with a $7,000 check from the NV Energy Foundation. This grant will allow us to provide more classroom materials, updated curriculum and ongoing support to Project ReCharge teachers in Northern Nevada.

Presentations were made by Project ReCharge teachers Kim Hansen and Terin Kirk and their principal Mary Basso from O'Brien. Mary Simmons, VP Businesses Development and Community Strategy for NV Energy had the honor to present the check to Envirolution Executive Director, Vanessa Robertson.
