I'm currently binging Netflix original rom coms (Set It Up! The Kissing Booth! To All The Boys I've Loved Before!) and working through the rest of all your fun suggestions from a few weeks ago! This past weekend I had a full work day working on a pocket panda stuffie, I am finally making some friends for the pocket kitty! if you have any specific animal suggestions, hit reply and tell me :)
We're finally unpacked and settled back into life after the beach but I thought I'd share about a new artist I learned about while we were there, Anna Hyatt Huntington! Philanthropic, quirky, and accomplished, I have really enjoyed looking at her work now that we're home. You can see a sneak peek in this shot from my travel instagram (swipe to see all of them!).
Back to the hand sewing for me, anxious to get my machine back from its (very overdue) service/oil :)

More hand embroidery this week! I worked with Amazon to share 3 easy crafts to personalize or makeover school supplies and this is the first one. See the video and tutorial in the post!
This interview is focused on writing, but this quote really resonated with me in regards to working from home, with young kids around! See the full piece here. "In these rounds of interviews, people ask these questions like, is there a special place where you write? And I want to just stare at them and be like, yeah, my special place I write is wherever I possibly can write. Like, what are you supposed to do about it? There’s never an idyllic moment. There’s never a beautiful moment when this book was written."
