SUSD has purchased a large supply of sanitizing spray and hand sanitizer ... but our teachers would appreciate some DISINFECTING WIPES  as well!

These are finally coming back in stock — please consider purchasing some to donate to our IMS campus!

We will have a collection box at turnaround this week, or you can send them with your student.

**wondering what this new 7th period is? Students will be with their 1st period teacher, and will engage in both academic and social emotional learning activities.**

  1. Complete the Covid Acknowledgement, Student Release & Code of Conduct acknowledgement in ParentVue
  2. Complete the Health History form. Print it out and put in your child's backpack.  A HARD COPY OF THIS IS REQUIRED when your student returns to school.
  3. Update contact information in ParentVue. Up-to-date numbers MUST be on file. The school must be able to contact you quickly, in the event of your child showing any symptoms of Covid-19.
  4. Double-check your child's immunizations. Contact Nurse Becky if you are unsure if your student is compliant. (Students will not be permitted back on campus until they are compliant.)
  5. If your student is planning to participate in IMS sports, complete the registration process at Register My Athlete by Sunday, Oct 11.
  6. Prepare your family with a supply of acceptable masks (see graphic below.)  Free masks may be available to you. Click here for more info.  
  7. Add 480-484-4900 to your phone. Respond to all calls from Ingleside.
  1. Bring 2 masks each day to campus.  Clean, cloth, double-layered masks.  
  2. Bring FULLY CHARGED CHROMEBOOK, charger and headphones each day.  Paper/pencil assignments will be limited -- work will be completed via technology.
  3. Bring full water bottle (drinking fountains are not available -- only water bottle refilling stations will be functional).
  4. ID photos will be taken on Wed 10/14 and Thurs 10/15 during Social Studies classes (determine student's schedule to know which day).
  5. Gran-n-go breakfast is available for all students each day.
  6. Grab-n-go bagged lunch is available for all students each day.
  7. Students should maintain 6ft distance as much as possible. No fist-bumps, high fives, etc. 
  8. Locker rooms are closed -- changing out for PE is not required.
  • No volunteers on campus.
  • No drop-in visitors. 
  • NO DROP-OFF OF ITEMS IN FRONT OFFICE -- this includes Chromebooks, lunches, homework, athletic equipment, etc.
  • Parents must be available to pick up their child from school within 60min if a student begins to exhibit symptoms.
