We really want to bring this AWESOME community event to life this year -- but so far, volunteers are slim and we can't do it without some help!  Unfortunately we will have to cancel if we don't find some more parents who can help us make this happen!!!  The jobs are easy -- can you help us?!

We need YOU!!

Please email Bri Crowder at to join the team!
In order to ensure the safety of students should we have an emergency or if a student decides to stay home without your knowledge, we are changing our attendance practices beginning Monday, March 29, 2021. If an in-person learning student is not in school, they will be marked absent whether or not they log in to EDL instruction. The only exception to this is students that have been asked to quarantine by Nurse Becky, our school nurse. If your child needs to miss school for some reason, it would be beneficial for them to log in to instruction, so they do not get behind. Also, you should call the attendance line to excuse the absence right away as excusing absences is only allowed up to 24 hours after the absence.

As you know, state testing is coming up in April. On April 7, my Coffee with the Principal meetings will specifically focus on testing. I will answer any questions that you may have and communicate with families the many important reminders on setting students up for success with testing. I hope you are able to join me for one of these scheduled times.

In order to be as prepared as possible, please purchase your child a pair of standard jack headphones that can be plugged into his/her Chromebook. They are available at the dollar store for a dollar. No Bluetooth devices are allowed during testing.

Communication specific to EDL and SOL families regarding testing will be sent soon. Please be on the lookout and complete the requested Google Form ASAP.

We continue to have safety concerns brought to our attention regarding morning and afternoon traffic in front of the school. We ask that you please bring your patience at drop off and pick up times. Our SRO will try to be out front when possible, but we need everyone’s help to maintain a safe environment for our Ingleside family. I continue to seek support with parents enforcing their child/ren using the crosswalks so that we can better ensure his/her/their safety.

We are excited to begin offering a few clubs for the remainder of the year. Please be on the lookout for the registration form coming soon. Your child can pick one up in the office beginning next week. Thank you for your continued support! If you have any questions, please contact me.

In partnership,
Erin Kadera
Proud Ingleside Interim Principal

The Ingleside Café is looking for some help! There are two positions available, one for five hours a day and one for eight hours a day. Great hours and same time off as students! If interested, email June Cimarossa at or apply online.

One way you can always support your students and schools is through a tax credit contribution.
  • Arizona law allows taxpayers to receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit of up to $200 for individual filers and up to $400 for married filers.
  • Contributions made through April 15, 2021 can still be claimed on your 2020 state tax return or roll over to 2021.
  • Schools depend on tax credit contributions to fund programs and activities that the state and District cannot, such as:
    • the arts
    • athletics
    • field trips
    • tutoring
    • enrichment
    • college and career testing.
  • We encourage you to find out more about this win-win-win - for you, your students and their schools - on our website at
