Health Consumers NSW is offering a workshop for all health service staff wanting to develop meaningful partnerships with health consumers and members of their local community.
We can help you meet accreditation requirements to achieve consumer partnerships in:
service planning
designing care
service measurement and evaluation.
Hear success stories from consumers and health services, as well as the experiences and reflections of an Assessor.
Speakers include: Professor Clifford Hughes, CEO of the Clinical Excellence Commission and Dr. Nicola Dunbar, Program Director of the Commission for Safety & Quality in Healthcare.
