Let's Meet in NYC: Frontiers in Service Conference 2017

Dear colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder that the November 18^th deadline for submitting abstracts (450 words) for presentation at the 26th Annual Frontiers in Service Conference to be held here at the Gabelli School of Business is fast approaching. This prestigious conference is co-chaired by Lerzan Aksoy and Timothy Keiningham and will run from June 22 through 25, 2017, on our Lincoln Center campus, at the heart of Manhattan.

Frontiers in Service is the world’s leading annual conference on service research.
It is sponsored by INFORMS, the American Marketing Association, and the University of Maryland’s Center for Excellence in Service.

Plenary speakers include leading business executives such as Sharon Price John (CEO, Build-A-Bear Workshop), Adam Goldstein (President and COO, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.) and Dan Hesse (CEO 2007-2014, Sprint Corporation), and researchers such as James Heskett (Harvard), Roland Rust (University of Maryland) and V. Kumar (Georgia State University).

In addition to the plenary and concurrent presentations, the conference also has an exciting social program including an awards dinner in Times Square at the world famous New York Marriott Marquis and a networking dinner cruise with views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the NYC skyline.

I would encourage you to submit an abstract for presentation.
Submissions must be received by November 18, 2016.

The format is the same for abstract and poster. No special format requirements.

Author information should not be in the abstract. they will be asked for all author information during the submission process.
