It is February already!
And today, as I write this, I see so many things happening just today.
Today is 02/02/2020 a rare palindomic day for the Gregorian Calendar. A double hit for those who enjoy quirky mathematical occurences, and palindromes.
Groundhogs around the country were roused early today for the annual prediction of an early spring, or 6 weeks more of winter.
This past month has been a busy one for me. Thanks to all of you who came to my class for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Rutgers University. It was a joy to share the importance of laughter with you!
I've also begun writing for Medium.com, some things are humor, some things are personal essay, and even some fiction.
After all the flooding drama at my house, on my website I've reached back for a blast (of water) from the past and a shameless plug for my book.
You may be reading this as you take a break from Super Bowl Sunday preparations, or after celebrating you team's win or mourning a loss. Or maybe, you did something completely different today!
February has opened with a flurry of activity, and continues through its short life with Valentine's Day and Presidents Day as the major holidays, with lots of minor celebrations and observations in between. I am currently fascinated in the fact it is Spunky Old Broads Month, and I am going to check out what that means!
Looks like a month full of things to make us smile, or encourage us to laugh.
