Greetings from the
Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor Conference

Right now I am hobnobbing with my fellow humor wizards at the annual AATH Conference. This year I begin year two of the three-year Humor Academy, to become a Certified Humor Professional. Between now and the next conference I will be planning, researching and implementing a humor-based project. As I talk with others in attendance, and get inspiration from the amazing speakers, I've got a few ideas percolating in my head. I'm hoping to "brew" up something fun and informative. Stay tuned!

I am currently brainstorming about doing an in person laughter program but in the meantime, I appreciate any recommendations you can make to bring one of my programs to your workplace, community organization, support group, senior center or event. Feel free to share this website:

For those of you who took my Mission, Vision and Purpose class at OLLI-RU, I'd love to hear how you are doing on your journey. A sense of purpose is one of my five well-being habits that support resilience and enhance well-being. Hopefully, I'll be bringing that class to OLLI-RU soon.
