Blesma Members join West Ham United at their training ground as part of the club's charity of the year partnership!
March was a busy month for the Blesma team...
We had Members and staff take a trip to West Ham United's training ground where they were given the opportunity to meet some of the players who were very hospitable - thank you to everyone at West Ham for making us feel so welcome! Blesma have around a dozen Members across the country who play amputee football for clubs such as Manchester City, Everton and Portsmouth. The main feature of this Spring's magazine focuses on some of the Everton players. Click on the image above to read the Spring 2017 magazine.

Capt Jon Armstrong (L) and Member Jordan Beecher, aka Row2Recovery Team Trident, inspected the progress of their boat at Rannoch Adventure in Essex in March. The construction is well under way and hopefully will be fit for the water in a few weeks!
Blesma Member Jonathan Bell is gathering Members, Army comrades and anyone else who is up to the challenge to take part in the 'Blesma 100' cycle ride. Riders will be taking part in the 'Arrow Sportive', a 100-mile circuit, on 06 May at Market Rasen in North Lincolnshire. Click on the image above to find out more!
Members Owen Pick and Cayle Royce (representing Row2Recovery) were worthy winners of the Sporting Excellence Award (Individual and Team respectively) at the Soldering On Awards 2017. The Gala Evening was presented by Angela Rippon and Cassidy Little in central London. Well done to all those nominated!
